Sweet Dreams Pillow

For fabric choose one that makes you feel comfortable, either cotton, silk, satin or velvet.

Dried herbs that will be enclosed in the pillow are equal parts of these,

Hops, Rose petals, Lavender blossoms, Chamomile, Mugwort, Lemon balm.

Use equal parts of the herbs but with a bit less of the Mugwort.

Items you will need:

• funnel
• needle and thread
• fabric
• herbs

Start by cutting two circles six inches in diameter. Place the material inside out and sew around the perimeter, leaving a small hole large enough for your funnel spout. Mix the herbs together in a small bowl or plastic baggie, then using the funnel, scoop the herbs into the pillow until it is almost full. Do not overfill as you may have a great lump lodged in your ear the next morning otherwise. Sew up the small hole and put in your pillowcase or if you are so inclined, place the pillow between you and your lover to share the dreams.
